I visited Lazeez Shawarma today and had a great experience! Navdeep Kaur, provided excellent customer service — she was friendly, attentive, and very polite. I ordered the Chicken on the Rocks, and it was super tasty and fresh. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Lazeez. Highly recommend this location!

Lazeez Shawarma on Dundas Street West in Oakville is a fantastic choice for Mediterranean fast food. I tried the falafel with rice and fries combo, and it was absolutely perfect—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring my order was understood and prepared just right. A special mention goes to Navdeep and Saman for their excellent service and for packing my food with care. One of the standout features of this location is that it stays open late on weekends, making it a top pick for night owls looking for delicious, fresh food. While the seating options are limited, there are enough spots to enjoy your meal if you choose to dine in. I usually do not write reviews but I believe this lazeez definitely deserves one for many reasons. To start off - the food isn’t bad, usually pretty fresh and open late so that’s a big plus point. Staff such as Zeeshan, Bilal and a few others are very accommodating and helpful however over the past few weeks I’ve been visiting and noticed that at night time it’s usually just 1 person working there who isn’t the nicest. They take care of you but the happy customer service isn’t there, also one other thing, I believe that Lazeez is not an Indian restaurant, despite that, there is always some very mediocre Bollywood music playing, I myself am brown however I don’t think that Bollywood songs are the right fit for such an establishment. Maybe something more which suits the atmosphere, area and demographic. A little take care and notice towards this can definitely bring this restaurant really high and a local favourite as there aren’t very many options. Thank you.

I was pleased to discover another Lazeez location, and based on my previous experience at a different branch, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to order a shawarma salad. The service provided by Abi was exceptional; he was welcoming and attentive, ensuring my meal was prepared to perfection. The salad was fresh, and the chicken was flavorful. I will certainly be returning!
